About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading and managing technical development projects with responsibility for scope, time, cost and quality
- Ensuring robust technology and architecture decisions in line with product and market requirements
- Driving requirements management, risk management and technical decision-making
- Working closely with overall project managers, R&D line managers, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Following up project results from both technical and financial perspectives
- Contributing strategically to the development and improvement of R&D processes and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics
- At least 10 years of experience in product development in an industrial environment
- Solid experience in technical project management or leading roles in complex development projects
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in system architecture and system requirements, battery-powered products, high-volume production, mechanical CAD (preferably CATIA V5), and working in global development and supplier networks is considered a strong merit.
