Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
Act as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and IT
Ensure seamless integration between D365 and Körber's HighJump WMS to optimize fulfillment
Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather requirements and perform gap analysis
Provide day-to-day functional support for users, resolving system issues, and ensuring data accuracy
Develop test scripts and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Purchasing
Demonstrated experience integrating or working with WMS or other 3PL solutions
Ability to map business processes, create documentation, and configure D365
Excellent collaboration skills to work between technical teams and business stakeholders.
