About the role

  • Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
  • Act as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and IT
  • Ensure seamless integration between D365 and Körber's HighJump WMS to optimize fulfillment
  • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather requirements and perform gap analysis
  • Provide day-to-day functional support for users, resolving system issues, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Develop test scripts and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
  • Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Purchasing
  • Demonstrated experience integrating or working with WMS or other 3PL solutions
  • Ability to map business processes, create documentation, and configure D365
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work between technical teams and business stakeholders.
