About the role
- Line management responsibility for a team of five employees
- Coaching, competence development, and continuous follow‑up to build a high‑performing and healthy team
- Attracting, developing, and retaining talent
- Budget responsibility for the line, including planning, forecasting, and follow‑up
- Resource and capacity planning to ensure efficient project delivery
- Prioritization and coordination of the team’s work in close collaboration with product owners, project managers, and internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring strong engineering practices and technical excellence within mechanical development
- Driving continuous improvements in ways of working, methods, and tools
Requirements
- Experience in leadership, line management, or technical team leadership
- Several years of experience in mechanical product development or a related area
- Strong ability to plan resources, manage budgets, and drive development initiatives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in both Swedish and English
