Human Resources Analyst, Recruiter

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the recruitment processes for positions under your responsibility
- Advertise internal and external positions in accordance with the recruitment policy guide
- Develop partnerships for job postings, such as with universities and recruitment fairs
- Manage recruitment agencies/consultancies, ensuring the SLA of 25 days for operational and technical roles and 40 days for executive positions is met
- Conduct recruitment using internal tools for less complex roles
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and consultancies
- Conduct competency-based interviews focused on our key behaviors
- Provide weekly status updates to hiring managers on process progress
- Update recruitment tracking records for positions being worked on
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields
- Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience with complex roles (Engineering, Research, Industrial)
- Advanced/Fluent English to conduct interviews in English and communicate with managers
- Availability to work for a fixed-term period
