About the role

  • Manage the recruitment processes for positions under your responsibility
  • Advertise internal and external positions in accordance with the recruitment policy guide
  • Develop partnerships for job postings, such as with universities and recruitment fairs
  • Manage recruitment agencies/consultancies, ensuring the SLA of 25 days for operational and technical roles and 40 days for executive positions is met
  • Conduct recruitment using internal tools for less complex roles
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and consultancies
  • Conduct competency-based interviews focused on our key behaviors
  • Provide weekly status updates to hiring managers on process progress
  • Update recruitment tracking records for positions being worked on

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields
  • Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience with complex roles (Engineering, Research, Industrial)
  • Advanced/Fluent English to conduct interviews in English and communicate with managers
  • Availability to work for a fixed-term period
