About the role
- As a designer you creatively solve problems at all levels of detail: from the big picture to the nuts and bolts.
- You will be involved in one or more of our development projects where you are the advocate for the user and lead the project towards a user-centric way of working.
- We believe that we will become a stronger team if everyone is involved in the design process.
- Examples of what you can do (depending on your specialty): User research and usability test; Formulate user goals; Concept design; Detailed UI design; Plan and moderate cross-functional workshops; Continuous development and enhancement of our Design System and way of working; Design system ownership tasks such as facilitate meetings and workshops, support developers and designers.
- About you: Have extensive experience in both UX and UI design for digital services. Have a passion for understanding humans. Are a team player. Have an agile mindset (test-learn-modify). Have a high level of self-leadership. Have excellent communication skills.
