About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft due diligence checklists
Manage checklists, due diligence with third parties, and closing calls
Manage virtual data rooms
Review and comment on title and survey and coordinate with title companies
Draft purchase and sale agreements and leases
Draft loan agreements and other ancillary loan documents
Conduct and review UCC judgment and lien searches
Organize, distribute, and compile all signature pages for closings
Interface directly with client and business parties
Assist attorneys with various tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program
Associate’s degree from ABA approved program
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in any field
Significant, substantive legal related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
