Key responsibilities & impact

create a plan for implementation of the requirements and determine deliverables.
oversee the work of team members to ensure the features are implemented correctly and adhere to requirements and standards of the feature.
delegate work assignments and identify needed project resources to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and timely product delivery.
support, mentor and train other members of the Application Development team to accomplish tasks in support of program objectives.
reports regularly to department management on objectives, projects, barriers and accomplishments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Computer Science or Information Systems; or combination of education and commensurate work experience required.
5 years’ relevant experience required, preferably in professional services setting.
Previous project leadership experience is preferred
High level of professional integrity required; ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team; ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for the use of new technology.
