About the role

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for our agentic AI product from early discovery and research through to polished interfaces.
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team to translate technical capabilities into meaningful user journeys.
  • Prototype and test interactions that make the platforms AI behaviours transparent and visually aesthetic.
  • Establish and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Champion the user - making sure every visual detail reflects the seamless intelligence and functional excellence of our product.
  • Contribute to the product vision , helping define what human-AI collaboration should feel like.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for SaaS or complex tech products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive, user-centered design solutions with experience in creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Skilled Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other prototyping tools and modern design systems.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
  • Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can present design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Natural curiosity & interest in working with data-driven applications or visualisation tools and about human -AI interaction, autonomy, and ethical design.
  • Experience designing for AI-driven or data-rich interfaces (agentic systems, chat interfaces, dashboards, or assistants are a plus).
