About the role

  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to design visual assets for campaigns, including: Infographics, blog post graphics, and downloadable content (e.g., guides, reports, whitepapers)
  • Social media visuals, digital ads, and email campaigns
  • Presentation decks and event collateral
  • Translate complex data and insights into visually compelling storytelling.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with our brand identity and design guidelines.
  • Maintain and evolve our visual language across digital channels.
  • Manage multiple design requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends to continuously elevate our content.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a tech or digital-first environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-related design work (infographics, campaign visuals, social content, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma
  • Experience with Framer or similar web creation software.
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
  • Experience creating designs optimized for web and social platforms.
  • Comfortable interpreting briefs and collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Nice to have: Bonus points if you have: Prior work in fast paced startups or early-stage product environments.
  • Motion design or basic animation skills (After Effects or similar).
  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
