About the role

  • Lead management & outreach
  • You identify suitable target customers and collaborate with us on modern outreach strategies
  • You use multiple channels (social, tools, network) to target decision-makers
  • You use existing case studies, benchmarks and ICPs to conduct conversations with substance
  • New business & client acquisition
  • You conduct initial conversations with clarity, presence and genuine consultative quality
  • You qualify leads together with our specialist teams and guide them through the sales process
  • You win new customers for agency services and MarTech solutions
  • You develop stable, long-term customer relationships and new success stories
  • Collaboration & development
  • You work closely with marketing, tech & consulting to properly assess customer needs
  • You leverage team expertise instead of trying to cover everything alone
  • You contribute your sales perspective to further develop processes, messaging and product positioning

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales — ideally in an agency, SaaS, or MarTech environment
  • Enjoy understanding digital business models and clearly communicating value
  • Structured, data-driven working style (e.g., personas, customer journeys, KPIs)
  • Strong communication skills — clear, authentic, reliable
  • Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and eagerness to develop ideas together with us
  • Excellent German (C1); English is an advantage
