About the role

  • Lead and further develop our creative team (Design, Copy, Content)
  • Develop a forward-looking marketing strategy for hurra.com — together with Management & Sales
  • Supervise campaigns, branding projects and pitches — both internal and external
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Strengthen our creative excellence through structure, tools and inspiration
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and performance units

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an Art Director, Creative Lead or Head of Marketing — ideally in a digital environment
  • Strong conceptual and design skills in digital brand communications
  • Experience leading creative teams and building efficient, scalable processes
  • Strategic understanding of brand development — both internal and external
  • Openness to data-driven marketing, modern tools and cross-channel thinking
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and confident English skills
  • Remote work experience and ideally residence outside Germany (e.g., EU, Asia, MENA)
