About the role
- Lead projects to implement new data-driven approaches and optimizations
- Conduct research and data analyses using tools such as Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Ads (GAds)
- Create data-driven visualizations using tools like Looker and Tableau
- Analyze synergies between SEO and SEA and develop optimization strategies
- Apply scientific working methods: hypothesis formulation, testing, and strategic recommendations for tool development
- Critically review data and results and derive actionable recommendations
- Collaborate within the team to communicate complex data and analyses clearly and effectively
- Proactively help shape the strategic direction regarding analytics and innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and research using GA, GSC and GAds
- Experience in data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Knowledge of SEO and SEA, with initial experience identifying and leveraging synergies between both areas
- Scientific mindset: ability to formulate hypotheses, run tests and develop data-driven solutions
- Ability to lead projects and take responsibility for their delivery
- Strong communication skills to explain complex topics clearly
- Team player with a desire to explore new approaches together
- High initiative and ability to work independently, with a readiness to take responsibility
- Fluent German (business level) and good English skills
