About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Consult with Practice leadership on relevant inputs and assumptions
  • Create financial reporting, including variance and trend analysis, key performance statistics, revenue backlog reporting, and quarterly working capital reviews
  • Review reports and analyses with the Operations Manager and Practice leadership
  • Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans
  • Track, review, and advise on the financial status of key engagements, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Lead the monthly revenue forecast process for the entire Practice
  • Prepare presentation materials and analysis for leadership and management meetings
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
  • Provide new hires with overviews of Operations and engagement economics
  • Monitor expense categories for adherence to planned annual spend
  • Manage multiple internal relationships within Practice and Corporate functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
