Architect and implement goal-achieving enterprise technology solutions with Huron and client senior leaders
Deliver remarkable results that meet or exceed engagement objectives
Provide client engagement delivery oversight
Lead teams and manage programs
Build enduring client relationships
Sell additional project work into clients
Manage multiple projects of different scale and duration

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale Workday HCM platform implementations, with emphasis in healthcare
Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives through expertise, maturity, and professionalism
Proven thought leadership through speaking engagements and/or publications
Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
Ability to train and participate in professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel up to 50%
