About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a MyChart generalist with broad knowledge across workflows, configuration, support, and optimization
Provide production support, including troubleshooting, break-fix resolution, and backlog management
Independently analyze, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in a fast-paced operational environment
Support rural health initiatives, community health programs, and grant-funded healthcare projects in client-facing environments
Design, build, optimize, and provide end-user support for Epic MyChart Care Companion workflows
Configure and support Epic Cheers Campaigns and patient engagement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional client and consulting teams
Support Epic release upgrades, testing, and post-implementation activities
Transition production support work into larger optimization, enhancement, or implementation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of Epic consulting, implementation, optimization, or support experience within a healthcare environment
MyChart certification
Broad knowledge of MyChart workflows, configuration, support, and optimization
Experience providing production support, troubleshooting, break-fix resolution, and backlog management
Ability to independently analyze, prioritize, and resolve support tickets
Experience supporting rural health initiatives, community health programs, or grant-funded healthcare projects in a client-facing environment
Hands-on experience with Epic MyChart Care Companion workflows, including design, build, optimization, and end-user support
Experience configuring and supporting Epic Cheers Campaigns and patient engagement initiatives
Epic certification or Cheers experience preferred
Familiarity with Epic release upgrades, testing, and post-implementation support preferred
Previous healthcare consulting experience supporting Epic implementations, enhancements, or optimization efforts preferred
