About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
  • Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
  • Lead and support Epic Patient Access initiatives
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation, workflow diagrams, and build specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Epic Patient Access experience in a healthcare or consulting environment
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, or support engagements
  • Strong understanding of patient access workflows
  • Experience conducting workflow assessments and translating business requirements into Epic solutions
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements
