About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality
Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
Lead and support Epic Patient Access initiatives
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
Create and maintain project documentation, workflow diagrams, and build specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Epic Patient Access experience in a healthcare or consulting environment
Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, or support engagements
Strong understanding of patient access workflows
Experience conducting workflow assessments and translating business requirements into Epic solutions
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements
