About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. work authorization is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of client or account management experience, preferably for software
- Previous Account Management and/or Customer Success Management experience
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel annually on a 25 - 50% basis; work extended hours as necessary
