About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build features as a full-stack engineer on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models
Work with users and sit with the business day to day to build solutions collaboratively
Maintain quality through tests and evaluations on everything that ships
Follow design direction from the Solution Architect
Identify gaps or issues in the design and flag them
Work inside a business pod while the Solution Architect owns design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years building software or AI
Python and AWS or Azure experience
Strong builder comfortable working with the business
Some RAG and agent experience preferred
Exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling preferred, including agentic coding tools and eval-driven pipelines
FDE-ready floor at day 0: Embedding L3 with AI L3
Front-end skills preferred
Healthcare or higher education exposure preferred
AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 preferred
Healthcare seats are onshore; EDR and other seats are in India
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
