About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a Workday HCM Product Analyst with primary responsibility for the Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules
  • Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize configurations across Workday modules
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality to support business objectives
  • Prepare and manage mass data updates and bulk data loads
  • Collaborate with Finance, Reporting, Integrations, and other teams
  • Lead and support testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday system releases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking, Absence and/or Payroll
  • Prior experience with Workday Time, Absence and/or Payroll tools & concepts and configuration experience is desired
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams preferred
  • Prior exposure to a reporting tool – Workday reporting or similar preferred
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
