About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Workday HCM Product Analyst with primary responsibility for the Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize configurations across Workday modules
- Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective solutions
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality to support business objectives
- Prepare and manage mass data updates and bulk data loads
- Collaborate with Finance, Reporting, Integrations, and other teams
- Lead and support testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday system releases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking, Absence and/or Payroll
- Prior experience with Workday Time, Absence and/or Payroll tools & concepts and configuration experience is desired
- Experience working in cross-functional teams preferred
- Prior exposure to a reporting tool – Workday reporting or similar preferred
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
