About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary judgment layer for the centralized intake function
- Own the end-to-end triage and qualification process
- Collaborate directly with business unit leads and pursuit managers
- Manage GET resource capacity and assignments
- Drive accountability across the intake workflow
- Triage, qualify, and route inbound opportunities in a timely and effective manner
- Review Salesforce watchlist, account, opportunity, NPR, and case history for inbound pursuits
- Identify proper industry ownership
- Evaluate inbound opportunities against the standard qualification framework
- Apply cross-industry judgment to score and develop go/no-go recommendations
- Shred simple RFx for requirements
- Match keywords to Huron capabilities
- Highlight key dates and information regarding submission requirements
- Own the triage matrix logic and intake routing guide
- Communicate routing decisions and pursue team assignments clearly
- Execute the intake-to-pursuit handoff for assigned opportunities
- Utilize legal agent as needed
- Escalate cases to leadership with a clear recommendation
- Maintain and monitor GET capacity model across industries
- Provide regular updates to GET and sales leadership on capacity, caseload, and potential risks
- Review and validate ServiceNow analytics and pipeline reporting packages before distribution to leadership
- Monitor Salesforce case data for accuracy
- Track key intake metrics and surface trends to leadership
- Author and maintain internal playbooks for intake workflow
- Support enterprise sales intake initiatives as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in proposals, pursuit management, or business development operations in a professional services or consulting environment
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in ambiguous, time-sensitive situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across BUs and leadership
- Experience managing cross-functional workflows and coordinating across multiple teams simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline tracking platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on multiple concurrent assignments, sometimes with tight deadlines and minimal supervision
- Ability to work well remotely, independently, and as part of a team
