About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Benefits Solution
Provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise
Work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions
Design and implement requirements in the Workday Benefits solution including company benefits program
Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes
Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios
Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certification in Workday Benefits is a must
In-depth knowledge of how benefits plan such as retirement plans (403b) are setup in benefits/payroll functional areas.
Substantial and measurable delivery within the ERP/Workday HCM workstreams of 2 or more Benefits implementations
Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday workstream
Current active Workday Benefits Certification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience
Must be able to setup benefit plans and experience of working on open enrollment will be added advantage
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
