About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions
- Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype
- Assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
- Manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must
- Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)
- 5+ years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience, for customers of all sizes
- Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
- Knowledge in Payroll and Excellent understanding of Payroll legislation (Additional Advantage)
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
