Requirements

What you’ll need

Workday Certification in Benefits
3-5 years + project implementation and/or minimum of 3+ full life cycle experience as Benefits Functional Lead
Detailed understanding of Workday Benefits processes and best practices
Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage
Proficient in Workday Methodology
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to communication impactfully and to present at conference or a leadership audience
Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time when needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in mentoring others
