About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively manage and influence operational and financial health of Digital Capability
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecast processes
  • Own Digital Operations financial cadence
  • Support sales analytics including reporting, predictive modeling, and commission tracking
  • Coordinate with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit objectives
  • Review reports and analyses with Digital operations leadership
  • Monitor and action expense categories and internal budgets
  • Support month end close process with accurate information
  • Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years of finance and operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or some related field) required
  • Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial management skills; knowledge of financial analysis and standard financial metrics
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate, influence and drive outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
