About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively manage and influence operational and financial health of Digital Capability
Support annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecast processes
Own Digital Operations financial cadence
Support sales analytics including reporting, predictive modeling, and commission tracking
Coordinate with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit objectives
Review reports and analyses with Digital operations leadership
Monitor and action expense categories and internal budgets
Support month end close process with accurate information
Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of finance and operations experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or some related field) required
Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is preferred
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong financial management skills; knowledge of financial analysis and standard financial metrics
Exceptional client service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to communicate, influence and drive outcomes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
