About the role

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, partnering with sales leaders for alignment
  • Provide actionable insights that inform sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance improvement
  • Design, build, and optimize reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, and Excel
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across sales teams and leadership
  • Create clear, executive-level PowerPoint reports and deliverables

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analytics, data analysis, or a related role
  • Proven experience with Salesforce report and dashboard development, including Salesforce Analytics Studio
  • Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling) and Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement data models that optimize performance
  • Excellent skills in creating executive PowerPoint reports and leadership deliverables
  • Proficient in written and oral English
  • Ability to work across time zones
