About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions
  • work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
  • demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype
  • assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review
  • conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies
  • help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions
  • analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
  • manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must
  • Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)
  • 4+ years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience, for customers of all sizes
  • Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
  • Knowledge in Payroll and Excellent understanding of Payroll legislation (Additional Advantage)
  • Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
