About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee front-end revenue cycle functions that directly impact patient satisfaction and organizational success
- Lead a team that serves as the gateway to care, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every interaction
- Monitor metric performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting
- 1-2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with patient access systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
