About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support project work streams utilizing analytic tools, established methodologies, and innovative modeling techniques to implement comprehensive, data driven financial aid strategies
  • Collaborate with client staff and senior engagement teams

  • Work closely with experienced consultants and analysts, gaining exposure to financial aid modeling, econometric tools, and strategic enrollment management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current U.S. work authorization required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills, including proficiency in Excel or other analytic tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
  • Experience in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research preferred
  • Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Comfortable using emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, strengthen analysis, support research, and enhance communication
