Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions
Responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations
Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment
3+ years of hands ‑ on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
Demonstrated expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, including end ‑ to ‑ end implementations
Functional application specialist experience across one or more domains: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted client and team relationships
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others; leadership or team ‑ lead experience preferred
Ability to deliver industry ‑ specific insights and identify value ‑ creation opportunities based on a deep understanding of client challenges
Demonstrated success managing multiple engagements of varying size and duration
Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support clients and internal teams
