About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support
- Liaising with internal and external team members during course of project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
- Conducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information as well as gain an understanding of institutional culture
- Connecting with internal team members throughout the project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role with a graduation date of Spring 2026
- Interest in applying technology systems to business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Advanced or highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Visio and Outlook)
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python a plus
- Canadian work authorization is required
