About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop agent components and templates for the Collaboratory
  • Lead small-scale implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders and team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in technology support, AI implementation, or related roles
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools, APIs, and automation concepts
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and documentation/version control tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
