Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
4+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales support, or opportunity support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the business development lifecycle and ability to support sales processes and teams effectively
Passion for continuous improvement
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes independently
Experience tracking, maintaining, and reporting on metrics or KPIs
