About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and design end-to-end data architecture, including enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and data marts
Lead data modeling initiatives using dimensional modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema, fact/dimension design)
Design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions aligned with business and analytics needs
Establish standards for data modeling, naming conventions, and metadata management
Lead implementation of Informatica IICS (CDI, CAI, and related services)
Architect and govern ETL/ELT pipelines supporting data warehouse loading and transformation
Optimize data integration workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Mentor teams on best practices in ETL development and data warehouse integration
Define data quality frameworks and validation strategies for warehouse data
Ensure consistency and integrity across source-to-target data flows
Implement auditing, lineage, and reconciliation mechanisms
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics needs into data models and warehouse designs
Partner with BI and analytics teams to ensure data structures support reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics
Collaborate with cloud and enterprise architecture teams
Oversee implementation of data warehouse solutions, including schema design, ETL development, and deployment
Support UAT, production rollout, and performance tuning of warehouse environments
Drive CI/CD and automation practices for data engineering workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

9–11 years of experience in data engineering, ETL, and data warehousing
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Application Integration)
Proven experience in data warehouse modeling and implementation
Expertise in dimensional modeling (fact tables, dimensions, SCDs, conformed dimensions)
Strong proficiency in SQL and performance tuning
Experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses and data marts
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
Experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks)
Familiarity with IICS Data Quality (IDQ)
