Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of federal healthcare IT and digital transformation initiatives, including EHR implementations
Manage cross-functional teams spanning clinical, technical, and operational disciplines
Oversee project execution including scope, schedule, financials, risks, and dependencies
Partner closely with federal clients and prime contractors to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines
Navigate complex government environments, including multi-layered stakeholder and governance structures
Support development of executive-level communications, status reporting, and briefings

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare technology, or federal program delivery
Demonstrated experience supporting federal clients or programs (VA, DoD, HHS, or similar)
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology or EHR-related initiatives
Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems (EHR platforms, interoperability, clinical workflows)
Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
