Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate work experience
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, higher education, and/or accounting
Previous experience implementing Workday with a focus on Record to Report (R2R)
Workday Certification is a PLUS
Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
Functional expertise in regulations and processes; understanding of higher ed financials requirements
Demonstrated knowledge in academic structure, organizational assessment, and strategic planning
Exceptional advanced Excel skills (including modeling and macros)
An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Expertise in the Financials function, processes and best practices
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical skills
