About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design and delivery of HR Business Partner-led lifecycle events and strategic projects
Analyze workforce data and provide support to HRBP Managers within Healthcare Consulting
Build trust and foster strong working relationships across the organization
Manage reporting requests and analyze/synthesize data insights
Advise and support individuals on employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, company policies, and compensation adjustments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
HR Certification preferred (SHRM-CP or equivalent)
3+ years in an HR role, preferably in professional services, consulting and/or Healthcare
HR Generalist and/or demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, reporting and analytics, HRIS system administration, and general HR support
Proven experience with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Power Point skills)
Workday administration experience preferred
Healthcare HR and/or labor relations experience not required, but is a plus
