About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery).
  • Conduct project management and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations.
  • Involve in overall practice development and mentorship of Coachees (when assigned).
  • Handle general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ Years of end-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience including Workday US Payroll.
  • Prior experience implementing Workday with a Professional Services Firm.
  • MUST have experience with working in a Higher Ed or a university environment
  • Absence, Time Tracking for Payroll experience is a plus
  • Institutional strategic planning; Project financial management, client executive relationship management and; multiple cradle to grave implementation experience
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
  • The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  • Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
  • A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
