About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
Spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery).
Conduct project management and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations.
Involve in overall practice development and mentorship of Coachees (when assigned).
Handle general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ Years of end-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience including Workday US Payroll.
Prior experience implementing Workday with a Professional Services Firm.
MUST have experience with working in a Higher Ed or a university environment
Absence, Time Tracking for Payroll experience is a plus
Institutional strategic planning; Project financial management, client executive relationship management and; multiple cradle to grave implementation experience
Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
