About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support day-to-day administration of the U.S. 401(k) plan and non-qualified Deferred Compensation program
Assist with administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Support equity and stock plan administration, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Lead executive benefit plan administration, including renewals and plan implementations
Analyze benefits data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Minimum of two years of relevant experience with a publicly traded company
Experience with Stock Plan Administration and 401K Administration strongly preferred
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced technical aptitude: Strong quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills
Workday experience strongly preferred
