Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field
5+ years in a ServiceNow technical delivery capacity
3+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules
Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED
Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) REQUIRED
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification REQUIRED
Working knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI
Knowledge of virtual agent
JavaScript, node.js, Angular, and DOM knowledge
Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables and workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
