About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with healthcare consultants, IT teams and client leadership stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
Leverage technical expertise in Epic Hospital Billing modules providing support to optimize systems functionality
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity in Epic Hospital Billing modules
Provide guidance on Epic Native Reporting, Billing Activities & Productivity Reporting
Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) certification, additional Epic certifications a plus
Strong integrated charging experience preferred (Charge Router, Charge Handler)
Ability to help coach/mentor analyst team to help them grow
Strong communication skills and ability to decipher/execute on operational requests
A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems
Project management skills with experience in Resolute HB applications, workflow design and Work Queues (follow-up, billing claim edit, denials, etc.)
Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
