Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and deliver large-scale enterprise transformation programs
Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, planning, and execution across multiple interdependent projects and workstreams
Ensure alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams
Engage with strong stakeholder engagement, executive presence, and the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across the client organization
Manage risks proactively and communicate progress to senior leadership
Train and align business readiness and new capabilities into workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream programs across business and technology
Experience operating in complex, high-stakes environments (for ex- hospitality, gaming, financial services)
Strong program governance, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capability
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline
Professional certification in Project Management (for example, PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent) is preferred
Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or Master’s degree (for example, in Business or Project Management) will be an advantage
