Key responsibilities & impact

Provide subject matter expertise by assessing client needs and delivering solutions within the Cerner system
Guide clients on workflows, system design, build, training, testing, and integration points
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity
Identify system optimization and enhancement opportunities
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Cerner end users
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations
Create user guides, manuals, and training materials
Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
Observe and monitor pharmacy workflows
Maintain strong communication with project managers, leadership, and team members
