Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of healthcare consulting and/or performance improvement experience
Relevant hospital operations experience directing a large hospital department
Senior project leadership and complex design and implementation management experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication skills – oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 80%
