About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Meditech EHR system
- Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
- Provide insights on system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
- Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced in using Meditech's Clinical Ambulatory solution to optimize patient flows and bed tracking
- Comfortable collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to understand current workflows related to throughput and patient bed placement
- Can identify areas for improvement and design system workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient care
- Proficiency in Meditech Clinical Ambulatory system build, testing, training, configuration and support
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Previous consulting experience in an ambulatory, healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare industry experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus
- RN Certification is preferred
- Travel required (75 %)
- Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
