About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders
Design, configure, and support Workday solutions
Configure and optimize Workday business processes
Support testing, validation, and deployment of Workday releases
Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
Prepare and manage Excel files and EIB loads for mass data changes
Assist with data loads associated with special initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll
Strong hands-on Workday Payroll configuration skills
Detailed experience with Workday’s Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Functional experience with mass data changes/uploads
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Workday training and/or certifications are desirable but not required
