About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate as a Workday Financials Product Developer
Understand Finance functional areas (Adaptive, Budgets, Procurement, Expenses, and Accounts Payable)
Support business owners in FP&A, Operations, Procurement, Expenses, Accounts Payable, and other associated teams to understand their needs and develop solutions
Implement new functionality and fixes available by the weekly and bi-annual Workday releases
Configure and optimize Workday FIN modules
Troubleshoot system issues and support end-users
Develop product expertise by participating in learning activities and seeking feedback
Work with Product Owners to understand the impact of planned work and recommend value drivers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Up to 2 years of experience (including internships) in the areas of the business adjacent to Workday FIN required
Workday configuration experience a plus
Excel skills a plus
Authorization to work in the US
Good analytical and problem resolution skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines.
