Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong focus on Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence in a post‑production or AMS environment
Proven experience serving as a client-facing Workday SME, including interaction with senior and executive stakeholders
Strong cross‑functional Workday HCM knowledge and understanding of downstream impacts across domains
Experience delivering support and enhancement work in an AMS or ongoing support model
Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
