Key responsibilities & impact

Provide subject matter expertise by assessing client needs and delivering solutions within the Cerner system
Guide clients on workflows, system design validation and build standards across teams
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity
Evaluate technical risks, resolving complex system issues
Support stabilization and optimization efforts, transferring knowledge to operational teams
Identify system optimization and enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes
Create user guides, manuals, and training materials
Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solution-specific expertise in Oracle Health Solutions including: Workflow assessments
System Design & configuration
Testing and validation
Experience in EHR implementation
Proficiency in Cerner system configuration and ongoing support
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work directly with clinical and operational end users
