Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment
  • Optimize existing business operations and improve clinical outcomes
  • Create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience
  • Drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions
  • Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership and program management
  • Construct enduring relationships that benefit the firm and contribute to additional project work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of Workday technical experience across integrations, reporting, security, data conversion, and overall solution architecture
  • 5+ years in a Technical Architect, Integration Lead, or Technical Workstream Lead role on large‑scale Workday implementations
  • Expert‑level expertise with Workday Studio and Orchestrate, Cloud Connect, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Report Writer
  • Architect‑level leadership, setting technical standards and design patterns across integrations, reporting, and data conversion workstreams
  • 3–4 years of Workday implementation experience within Healthcare and/or Higher Education environments
  • Experience driving Workday services growth by leading pursuits, shaping solutions, and partnering with Managing Directors to consistently deliver against annual targets
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence senior leaders, driving cross‑functional alignment and delivery
  • Experience presenting, defending, and recommending solutions at the executive client level
  • Demonstrated success designing, scaling, and governing global delivery models
  • Strong cross‑functional knowledge across HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Ownership of end‑to‑end technical strategy and portfolio‑level outcomes
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
