What you’ll need

Proven leadership in large-scale Workday transformations
Strategic mindset to align financial systems to institutional goals
Strong understanding of higher education student financial operations
Excellent client-facing, communication, and change management skills
Current Workday Student and Student Financials certification
Functional expertise in student financials systems, regulations and processes
Exceptional advanced Excel skills (including modeling and macros)
An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Expertise in HR and/or Financials function and processes
Experience as a functional application specialist
Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into documentation
